1. Introduction

At gymstack, we prioritize customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed, ensuring compliance with UK consumer rights laws and common industry standards.

2. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Conditions for Returns

3.1 Eligible Products: Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

3.2 Exclusions: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

3.3 Return Period: Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of the product.

3.4 Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3.5 Product Condition: Products that are returned damaged, used, or not in their original condition due to misuse, improper handling, or tampering by the consumer will not be eligible for a refund.

3.6 Delivery Damage: If your product is damaged by Royal Mail, DPD, or any other delivery service during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at office@gymstack.uk. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for products that are returned unopened and in their original condition.

5.2 Refund Amount: The full price of the product will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs incurred by the consumer for the return.

5.3 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

5.4 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

5.5 Condition Verification: Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is found to be damaged, used, or not in its original condition, a refund will not be processed and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or damaged during delivery. To exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, contact us at office@gymstack.uk.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

7.1 Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7.2 Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), or the product was damaged during delivery, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
