Is Syntha-6 a whey protein?

Syntha-6 and Syntha-6 Edge are multi-source blends. They include whey protein concentrate and isolate (and Edge also lists hydrolysed whey isolate) plus slower milk proteins such as micellar casein and caseinate. So they are whey-containing blends, not a pure whey-only isolate. Both contain milk and soya; Limited Edition also lists egg and gluten.

Who owns BSN supplements?
Who owns BSN supplements?
BSN (Bio-Engineered Supplements and Nutrition) was founded in Florida in 2001. Glanbia plc bought the business in January 2011 for about US$144 million. It is part of Glanbia Performance Nutrition, the same group as Optimum Nutrition. That is separate from BSN Sports teamwear, which UK autocomplete sometimes confuses with the supplement brand.
How do you take BSN Creatine DNA?
How do you take BSN Creatine DNA?
Creatine DNA is unflavoured micronised creatine monohydrate. Mix one labelled scoop with water or a shake once daily as directed on the tub. Retailer panels disagree on scoop weight (~3.4–3.6 g vs ~5 g from a 216 g tub), so follow the scoop on your pack. The authorised creatine performance claim requires 3 g creatine per day. Keep hydrated. Not for under 18s or for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding on typical BSN creatine warnings — check your pack.
Does Syntha-6 have creatine?
Does Syntha-6 have creatine?
No. Syntha-6 Edge and Syntha-6 Limited Edition panels we checked are protein blends (whey and casein/milk proteins) with fats, carbs and sweeteners — they do not list creatine. Add Creatine DNA or another creatine if you want that separately.
