These terms apply when you use gymstack.uk or buy from us. They are between you and GYM STACK LTD (trading as GymStack), company number 15404858, registered in England and Wales.

1. Using this website
You must be 18 or over to place an order. Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, placed by a reseller, or cannot be fulfilled.
2. Who we are
We are a UK online retailer of sports nutrition and food supplements. We sell third-party brands. We do not manufacture those brands. Brand names and pack shots belong to their owners.
3. Products
Product descriptions, images and stock can change. If we cannot fulfil an item after you order, we will contact you and refund that item. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the stated dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication, or under medical supervision, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Payment is taken through Shopify Payments and the methods offered at checkout. We do not charge hidden membership or handling fees.
5. Delivery
We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Shipping rates, dispatch times and transit times are in our shipping policy and on delivery information.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
How to cancel an order is in our cancellation policy. How to return an item is in our returns and refunds policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
7. Privacy
How we use personal information is in our privacy policy.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed the order.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the United Kingdom.
