Returns and refunds

This policy applies to orders delivered in the United Kingdom. It covers returns for both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are not accepted. For help, email office@gymstack.uk.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to start a return.

Product condition

We accept returns of new items only. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with any seals or hygiene stickers intact.

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

How to return an item

Returns are by mail only. Email office@gymstack.uk with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm the return and the postal address.

The return label is the customer’s responsibility. You arrange and pay postage unless we tell you otherwise for a defective or incorrect item.

Fees

There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if you need a different product.
