Cancellation policy

This page covers cancelling a standard GymStack order. We do not currently sell subscription products and we do not take repeat payments after checkout.

Cancel before dispatch

Email office@gymstack.uk with your order number as soon as possible, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UK). If we have not dispatched the order, we will cancel it and refund the original payment method.

After dispatch

If the order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it in transit. You can return it under our returns and refunds policy.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
