CLA 1000 softgels

• CLA 1000 (90 softgels): each softgel is one serving of CLA blend 1,000 mg (conjugated linoleic acid from safflower oil), with about 10 calories and 1 g total fat. Other ingredients on the matched panel are gelatin, glycerin and purified water — so the softgels are not vegetarian. The brand directions allow 1 softgel with morning, noon and evening meals (up to 3 softgels a day). The formula is stimulant-free (no caffeine). CLA is listed by dose only on this page.

ENGN Test Fruit Punch

ENGN, BCAA Energy and other EVL lines

• ENGN pre-workout (for example Blue Raz 312 g when back in stock): matched panels list 300 mg caffeine anhydrous per scoop, creatine monohydrate 3,000 mg and beta-alanine 1,600 mg, plus B vitamins and choline.

• LeanMode Caps: green tea leaf extract 500 mg, green coffee bean extract 500 mg, CLA 500 mg, acetyl-L-carnitine 500 mg and garcinia cambogia extract 250 mg per 3 capsules on the matched panel — the brand positions this line as stimulant-free. Dose only; no weight-loss wording here.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function (ENGN Test provides 150 mg magnesium per scoop). Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system (ENGN Test provides 25 mg zinc per scoop). Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Thiamine (vitamin B1) and niacin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Caffeine contributes to increased alertness and improved concentration; the beneficial effect is obtained with at least 75 mg caffeine per serving — ENGN Test provides 250 mg.
