• 20 mcg vitamin D3 and 20 mcg vitamin K2 per 2 sprays
• Ages 1 and over

Ingredients: Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), medium chain triglycerides, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), natural flavouring (blueberry and bubblegum), antioxidant (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Allergens: none declared. The brand states this product is free from dairy, gluten, wheat and soya.

Per 2 sprays: vitamin D3 20 mcg / 800 IU (400% NRV); vitamin K2 (MK-7) 20 mcg (26% NRV).

Shake well. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Replace the cap after use. Ages 1 to 8: 1 spray a day. Ages 9 to 13: 2 sprays a day.

• Contains vitamin K: do not use if you take anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medication unless advised by your doctor.
