Ingredients: Water, diluent (xylitol), glycerin, niacinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), preservative (potassium sorbate), riboflavin 5-phosphate (vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), natural flavourings (peach, plum and raspberry), folic acid (vitamin B9), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), acidity regulator (sodium hydroxide), D-biotin (vitamin B7).

Per 4 sprays: thiamin 0.28 mg (25% NRV); riboflavin 0.35 mg (25%); niacin 8 mg (50%); pantothenic acid 4.5 mg (75%); vitamin B6 2.8 mg (200%); biotin 50 mcg (100%); folic acid 200 mcg (100%); vitamin B12 100 mcg (4000%).

Shake well. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Replace the cap after use. Adults: 4 sprays a day. Children aged 3 to 12: half dose.
