• 25 ml spray
• 1,200 mcg vitamin B12 per 4 sprays
• 40 mcg chromium per 4 sprays

Ingredients: Water, diluent (xylitol), humectant (glycerin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), flavouring (natural apricot), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), chromium chloride (chromium).

Allergens: none declared. The brand states this product is free from dairy, gluten, wheat and soya.

Per 4 sprays: vitamin B12 1,200 mcg (48000% NRV); chromium 40 mcg (100% NRV).

Shake well. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Replace the cap after use. Adults: 4 sprays a day. Children aged 3 to 12: half dose.
