Description

MuscleTech Vapor X5 Pre-Workout Blue Razz Freeze is a blue razz freeze flavoured high-stimulant pre-workout powder with citrulline, creatine and beta-alanine, in a 252 g tub. EU listings give 400 mg caffeine in a full 2-scoop (16 g) serving, alongside 3.4 g L-citrulline, 3 g creatine, 2 g beta-alanine and 1 g taurine. Start with 1 scoop to judge tolerance; beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling.

Mix a serving with water before training. Pre-workouts are made for adults only; check the pack for the serving size and what each serving contains.

Caffeine: 400 mg per serving in the information we hold; check the pack for the amount in your pack, and count other sources such as coffee, tea and cola towards your daily total.
