Each vegetarian capsule contains L-arginine and L-ornithine. Other ingredients include cellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica. Free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners, preservatives, gluten, wheat, corn, soy, egg, fish and shellfish.

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach, unless otherwise directed by a healthcare practitioner.
