Take 1 heaped teaspoon (approximately 3g) mixed with water or juice once or twice daily. Mix thoroughly and drink immediately, followed by a glass of water. Start with a lower dose and increase gradually to allow your body to adjust. Take at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after medication.
