AAKG - 3200mg - 120 caps

Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG), Vegetable Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Salts, Silicon Dioxide). May contain: milk, soy, eggs, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten and products thereof.

Take 1 serving (4 capsules) daily. Preferably 1 hour before training or in the morning on an empty stomach.
