Each softgel contains 690mg of fish oil concentrate (from wild-caught fish) providing omega-3 fatty acids including EPA and DHA. Other ingredients include the softgel capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin, water), natural lemon flavour, and mixed tocopherols (preservative).
