Gently massage 5 ml (4 pumps) of the magnesium lotion on to your child's clean, dry skin up to 30 minutes before bedtime.

5 ml (4 pumps) delivers a minimum of 37 mg elemental magnesium.

Once opened, store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Use within 12 months of opening. Keep out of reach and sight of children. For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Paediatrician approved.
