Ingredients

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Sweet Orange) Peel Extract, Limonene, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Linalool, Citral.

How to use
  • Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.
  • Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approximate 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
  • Keep out of reach and sight of children. For external use only: Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
  • Suitable for: pregnancy and breastfeeding (consult midwife or GP before beginning any supplementation); vegetarians; vegans.
