• Recommended daily dose: 500 mg (250 mg twice a day).

Ingredients: Shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum).

Allergens: contains MILK, SOYA, GLUTEN, EGGS, PEANUTS, NUTS, SESAME, SULPHITES. May contain gluten, eggs, soy, peanuts, milk (including lactose), nuts, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

Recommended daily dose: 500 mg (250 mg twice a day). Before first use, add half a teaspoon of warm water and leave for min. 3 hours. Dissolve 250 mg (marking corresponding to 0,25 g on the included stick) in warm water or another warm beverage. Take twice a day.
