How to use
  • Take 1 capsule first to assess tolerance.
  • Optimum is 2 capsules on waking and 1 further capsule 6-8 hours later.
  • Do not exceed 3 capsules in any 24-hour period.
  • Do not use within 5 hours of intended sleep.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • A 5 days on, 2 days off pattern for a maximum of 8 weeks, then at least 4 weeks off.
  • Not suitable for under 18s, or for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
  • Consult a doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
