Ingredients: D-aspartic acid, bulking agents - isomalt, microcrystalline cellulose; firming agent - hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate - vit. E, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide; glazing agent - polyethylene glycol; pyridoxine hydrochloride - vit. B6.

Allergens: none of the 14 major allergens listed in the ingredients.

D-aspartic acid: 1600 mg (1 tablet); 3200 mg (2 tablets)

Vit. E (mg α-TE): 7.5 mg (62.5 %*) (1 tablet); 15.0 mg (125%*) (2 tablets)

Vit. B6: 2.1 mg (150 %*) (1 tablet); 4.2 mg (300%*) (2 tablets)

Zinc (from amino acid chelate Albion™): 7.5 mg (75 %*) (1 tablet); 15 mg (150 %*) (2 tablets)

2 tablets per day during breakfast, drinking with a large amount of water.
