Ingredients: Magnesium citrate, bulking agent (brown rice flour), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract (providing 5-HTP), zinc citrate, anti-caking agent (bamboo silica), saffron extract (Crocus sativus flower stigma), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
