• 75 mcg (3,000 IU) vitamin D3 per 3 sprays
• 75 mcg vitamin K2 (MK-7) per 3 sprays

Ingredients: Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural peppermint oil), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), antioxidant (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate [vitamin E]).

Allergens: none declared. The brand states this product is free from dairy, gluten, wheat and soya.

Per 3 sprays: vitamin D3 75 mcg / 3,000 IU (1500% NRV); vitamin K2 (MK-7) 75 mcg (100% NRV).

Shake well. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Replace the cap after use. 3 sprays a day. Adults and children aged 13 and over.
