How to use
  • Mix one scoop (20 g) with about 300 ml (10 oz) of water or your preferred drink.
  • Use about 30 minutes before training. Start with one scoop or less to assess tolerance.
  • Do not exceed 2 scoops in a single 24-hour period. Do not take within 6–8 hours of bedtime.
  • Contains 200 mg caffeine per 20 g serving.
