Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (53%) (contains Canola Oil, Anti-Foaming Agent (Silicon Dioxide)), Maltodextrin, Aquamin™ Soluble (Calcified Marine Algae (Lithothamnion sp)), Trisodium Citrate, Natural Flavourings, Potassium Chloride, Natural Mango and Orange Flavouring, Colours (Carotenes, Beetroot Red), Acids (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Magnesium Citrate, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K). Mix 43 g (approx. 1 scoop) with 300–400 ml cold water. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle. Powder settles over time; weigh for the most accurate measure.
