Mix one scoop (approximately 30g) of ISO-XP with 200-300ml of water or milk in a shaker bottle. Consume immediately after mixing. ISO-XP can be taken post-workout, as a meal replacement, or at any time during the day to support your protein intake goals.

ISO-XP is a whey protein isolate formula supplied in a 1000g container. Each serving provides a concentrated source of protein per scoop, with a chocolate dessert flavour profile.
