Ingredients: L-citrulline DL-malate 2:1, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 2:1, beta-alanine, betaine HCl, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), natural peach flavouring, sweetener (sucralose), iodised salt, flavouring, roasted BARLEY malt (GLUTEN), white willow bark extract, ginkgo biloba.

Allergens: contains cereals containing GLUTEN (BARLEY). Made in a facility that also handles EGGS, SOYA, MILK, NUTS, PEANUTS and LUPIN.

Per 16 g scoop: L-citrulline DL-malate 2:1 6,310 mg; creatine monohydrate 2,000 mg; L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 2:1 1,940 mg; Glucoload (maltodextrin) 1,810 mg; beta-alanine 1,750 mg; betaine HCl 1,450 mg; white willow bark extract 50 mg (salicin 5 mg); ginkgo biloba 10 mg.

Mix 1 scoop (16 g) with 250 ml water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training.
