Wholegrain Oats Flakes, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (30%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), ISO-XP Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (10%) (contains Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin), Medium Chain Triglycerides (Coconut MCT Oil, Tapioca Starch), Flavouring, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides from Stevia). ALLERGENS: see ingredients in bold. Made in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten and products thereof. May also contain nuts.

How to use
  • Option 1: Mix 1 scoop (60 g) with 150 ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1–2 minutes, then eat.
  • Option 2: Mix 1 scoop (60 g) with 100 ml of cold water or cold milk and stir well. Microwave for about 30 seconds if you want it hot, stir again, then eat.
  • For single pots, remove the lid and prepare the same way with the full 60 g pot.
  • Have 1–2 servings daily as required. Do not exceed the suggested use.
  • Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, away from children.
