Applied Nutrition Casein 1.8kg Chocolate

Micellar Casein (89%) (Milk), cocoa powder, natural flavour, thickener: xanthan gum; LactoSpore (Bacillus coagulans), sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides (from stevia); DigeZyme enzyme complex (amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase). For allergens see ingredients in bold.

Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml of water or milk into an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Shake and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day. Recommended daily portion: 2 scoops (30g).
