Ingredients: AT Capsule Complex [Nettle powder, Capsule (gelatin (contains SULPHITES ), colours (Red Allura AC E129, Brilliant Blue FCF E133)), Maca Extract, Tribulus Terrestris Extract, Polygonum cuspidatum Extract, Fenugreek Powder, Grapefruit Powder, Citrus aurantium L. Extract, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), Phytosterols, Zinc Oxide, Pepper Extract.]; Arachidonic acid softgel [Arachidonic acid oil, bovine gelatin, humectant (vegetable glycerin), purified water, SULPHITE ammonia caramel (E150d)].

Allergens: contains SULPHITES (capsule gelatin and caramel colour E150d). Made in a facility on equipment that also processes MILK, SOYA, EGG, PEANUTS, tree NUTS, FISH, shellfish (CRUSTACEANS), WHEAT and SESAME.

Per pack: nettle root 975 mg; maca extract 250 mg; Tribulus terrestris extract 250 mg; Polygonum cuspidatum extract 250 mg; fenugreek 250 mg; grapefruit peel 250 mg; citrus aurantium extract (98% hesperetin) 150 mg; phytosterols 20 mg; zinc 6.5 mg (65% NRV); black pepper extract 0.5 mg; arachidonic acid oil 1,250 mg.

Take 1 pack a day with a meal (on training days, the last meal before training) for 21 days.
