Mutant Madness Pre-Workout Roadside Lemonade is a roadside lemonade flavoured caffeinated pre-workout powder, in a 225 g tub. A 7.5 g scoop is listed at 330 mg caffeine, drawn from coffee bean and tea extracts, with 1.5 g citrulline malate and arginine, 1.25 g beta-alanine and B vitamins. Mutant advises new users to begin with a quarter to half scoop. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
