Magnesium Flakes Sleep - 1000g

• 1 kg pouch
• Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes
• 1 kg contains 120 g elemental magnesium.
• Scented with lavender and chamomile oils

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, anthemis nobilis (chamomile) flower oil, linalool.

Allergens: fragrance allergens from the essential oils: linalool. Not a food.

Not applicable (cosmetic product for external use). 1 kg contains 120 g elemental magnesium.

Bath: add 250 g (about 2 cups) to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes. Footbath: add 150 g (about 1 cup) to about 5 litres of warm water and soak for 20 minutes. Use 2 to 3 times a week.

• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
• A slight tingling sensation may occur at first. Stop use if irritation occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.
