• 15 ml spray
• 100 mcg (4,000 IU) vitamin D3 per spray
• Adults and children aged 13 and over

Ingredients: Water, diluent (xylitol), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural peppermint oil).

Allergens: none declared. The brand states this product is free from dairy, gluten, wheat and soya.

Per spray: vitamin D3 100 mcg / 4,000 IU (2000% NRV).

Shake well. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Replace the cap after use. 1 spray a day. Adults and children aged 13 and over.

• Provides 100 mcg vitamin D a day, the upper safe level for adults and children aged 11 and over. Do not take with other vitamin D supplements unless advised by a healthcare professional.
