Ingredients: Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) oil, limonene, citral.

How to use

Bath: add 250 g (about 2 cups) to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes. Footbath: add 150 g (about 1 cup) to about 5 litres of warm water and soak for 20 minutes. Use 2 to 3 times a week.

• Not suitable during pregnancy (brand advice).
• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
• A slight tingling sensation may occur at first. Stop use if irritation occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.
