What's on the labels

• Farm Fed: 100% whey protein isolate with about 25g protein per scoop and 100mg DigeSEB® digestive enzymes. Typical non-peanut flavours are about 100–110 kcal, ~0.5g fat and ~1g carbohydrate; Peanut Butter N Honey can read higher because it contains peanut flour, so check the tub. About 28 scoops per tub. Contains MILK; Peanut Butter N Honey also contains PEANUT. Produced in a facility that also processes milk, soy and eggs.
• Hydraulic V2 (stimulant-free): each 11.7g scoop has 4g L-citrulline, 1.6g beta-alanine, 1.5g HydroPrime® glycerol, 1g taurine, 500mg tyrosine, 254mg VasoDrive-AP® (from hydrolysed MILK casein), 100mg CitraPeak®, 50mg CognatiQ®, 25mg AstraGin®, 62.5mg vitamin C and 75mg sodium. 0mg caffeine. Mix 1–2 scoops with 240–300ml cold water 20–30 minutes before training; new users start with 1 scoop. A 452g tub holds about 40 one-scoop servings. Not suitable for under 18s, or for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Intake: a full 2-scoop serving lists about 8g L-citrulline, 3.2g beta-alanine, 2.5g betaine and 300mg caffeine (125mg caffeine anhydrous plus extended-release zümXR® per scoop, with theobromine). Mix 2 scoops with 300–350ml cold water 20–30 minutes before training; new users start with 1 scoop. Do not stack with other high-caffeine products, and avoid within 5–6 hours of sleep. Not suitable for under 18s, or for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
• The Grind: stimulant-free EAA + BCAA + electrolytes powder. Brand labelling targets about 6g BCAAs (including 3g leucine) and 3g other EAAs per scoop with AstraGin®. Mix 1 scoop with 300–350ml water during training or anytime. About 30 scoops per ~501g tub.
• Demoday: about 25g carbohydrate per scoop from Carb10®, Cluster Dextrin® and Palatinose™, plus HydroMax® glycerol and taurine. About 30 scoops per tub. The facility may also process milk, egg, soy, shellfish, tree nuts, wheat and peanuts.
• Home Made: per 2 scoops (113g): 420 kcal, 46g protein and 46g carbohydrate from whey, oat flour, sweet potato, collagen, pea and egg white proteins. Contains MILK, EGG and WHEAT (cereals containing gluten).

Allergens: Farm Fed contains MILK (and PEANUT in Peanut Butter N Honey). Hydraulic V2 contains MILK. Home Made contains MILK, EGG and WHEAT. Always read the pack you receive. Greens+ has no verified full ingredient list on GymStack, so check the tub.

Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal function of the immune system (Hydraulic V2 gives 62.5mg vitamin C per scoop, which is a significant amount). Citrulline, beta-alanine, EAAs, BCAAs, glycerol and digestive enzymes have no authorised health claims in Great Britain, so we do not repeat unauthorised brand marketing claims here.
