FAQs

How much caffeine is in Adapt Nutrition PreTRAINx?

Adapt states 350mg of caffeine per full 14g serving (2 scoops): 250mg caffeine anhydrous plus 100mg caffeine di-malate. A single 7g scoop works out at roughly 175mg, which is why many people try one scoop first. Count coffee, energy drinks and other caffeine products in your daily total and avoid taking it late in the day. Not suitable for under 18s or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

What flavours does Adapt Nutrition PreTRAINx come in?

GymStack stocks PreTRAINx in two 350g flavours: Iced Raspberry and Mango Passion. The formula is the same in both (L-citrulline, beta-alanine, L-tyrosine, taurine and 350mg caffeine per 14g serving), so pick the taste you prefer. Beta-alanine commonly causes a tingling feeling on the skin, whichever flavour you choose.

Is Adapt Nutrition PreTRAINx vegetarian?

Adapt says PreTRAINx uses fermented amino acids and is suitable for vegetarians, made in a Halal-certified, cGMP facility. The label says it may contain traces of milk and nuts, so check the pack if you have an allergy. Createc 1500 and Testo+ come in gelatine capsules, so those two are not vegetarian.

What is in Adapt Nutrition Createc 1500?

Createc 1500 is a creatine capsule built on creatine hydrochloride (HCl). The brand label lists 1500mg creatine HCl and 50mg AstraGin per 2-capsule serving, in a gelatine capsule, so a 120-capsule pot gives 60 servings with no powder to measure. The label allows up to 4 capsules a day. Older listings also mention MagnaPower creatine, so check the label on the pot you receive. May contain traces of milk, gluten and nuts. Not for under 18s.

Is Adapt Createc 1500 creatine HCl or creatine monohydrate?

Createc 1500 is creatine HCl, not creatine monohydrate. Each 2-capsule serving lists 1500mg creatine hydrochloride, and the 1500 in the name refers to that amount. Because HCl is a salt, 1500mg of creatine HCl supplies less than 1500mg of creatine itself. When comparing creatine products, look at the creatine content per serving on each label rather than the headline number. No creatine performance claim is made for this product.

Is Adapt Nutrition Testo+ a testosterone booster?

Testo+ is a 120-capsule food supplement, taken as 4 capsules a day (retail labels say before bed). It contains zinc 20mg, magnesium 400mg, vitamin D3 50µg and B6 10mg, plus D-aspartic acid, KSM-66 ashwagandha, fenugreek, white button mushroom and ginger root. The authorised UK claim is that zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. It is not a product that raises testosterone above normal levels. Contains MILK (from KSM-66). Not for under 18s.

Are Adapt Nutrition supplements suitable for drug-tested athletes?

Assume they are not batch-tested. Adapt's own PreTRAINx label says it is not for tested athletes, and GymStack lists no Informed Sport or similar certification on Createc 1500 or Testo+. If you compete under UKAD or WADA rules, choose products with batch-tested certification and check them on the certifier's website before you buy.
