Mutant Creakong CX8 Unflavoured is an unflavoured creatine powder combining three creatine forms with BCAAs and taurine, in a 249 g tub. An 8.3 g scoop gives 4 g creatine from three forms, plus 2.35 g BCAAs and taurine and 1.65 g of glycine, arginine and methionine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Creatine is normally taken every day, with or without training; check the pack for the serving size.
